Share 'Barr Trail parking lot gets a makeover'
Work crews in Manitou Springs spent a week applying new asphalt to the Barr Trail parking lot. The new lot features 40 marked parking spaces. Plans call for paid parking for the lot, though it's uncertain when that will begin.
